With over 60 distinct gins, we take pride in curating a diverse selection that showcases the rich tapestry of botanicals and flavours. Whether you're a connoisseur or a casual enthusiast, our gin collection promises to elevate your experience.

We have other spirits including: more than 30 whiskeys and single malts, 10 rums, and vodkas from around the world.

For those seeking a non-alcoholic alternative, we have a thoughtful selection that includes Nosecco, providing the effervescent joy of a sparkling wine. Additionally, we offer a range of  beers, ciders, and specially crafted virgin distillates, ensuring that everyone can taste the moment without compromise.

You can savour the classic, beloved London Pride, an embodiment of British brewing heritage.

And then, there's the delightful dilemma of choosing between the esteemed Timothy Taylor's real ales both hailing from the heart of Yorkshire. It's a true pleasure to present you with such a curated selection of fine ales including our guest ales.

These often include: Wadworth's 6X, Horizon; Hook Norton Best Bitter and some of Hooky's seasonal favourites; beers from Chadlington Brewery, Oxfordshire; Phipps Brewery, Northampton; and Timothy Taylor's Boltmaker,

 

Our annual Beer Bash in June also means that we get to show off a few more too.

The Best Cider

 

Cornish Orchards Ciders, a testament to Cornwall's fertile lands and artisan craftsmanship, offer a refreshing and authentic taste. Among their prized creations, Gold and Blush stand out as exemplars of cider-making finesse.

 

Gold, with its radiant amber hue, is a symphony of traditional bittersweet apple varieties, meticulously selected and blended. The result is a cider of exceptional depth, boasting a perfect balance of tartness and sweetness. Crisp and effervescent, each sip reveals the essence of ripe, sun-kissed apples, culminating in a clean, dry finish.

In contrast, Blush, true to its name, imparts a delicate pinkish hue derived from a judicious blend of bittersweet and dessert apples, along with a hint of fresh raspberries. This union lends the cider a subtly fruity aroma and a taste that's both vibrant and invigorating. Blush dances on the palate with a harmonious play of tartness and gentle sweetness, leaving a lingering, pleasantly crisp dry cider.

 

At our Cider Spree in September we have over 30. Some of our favourites are used in the bar as guest ciders.

Peroni (5%), an Italian icon, is renowned for its smooth, balanced flavour profile. Its light, effervescent nature complements a variety of culinary experiences, making it a versatile choice for patrons seeking a refreshing pint or accompaniment to their meals.

Grolsch (4%), hailing from the Netherlands, boasts a crisp and refreshing taste that appeals to a wide array of beer enthusiasts. This Dutch brew has found a dedicated following in the UK, and its presence at the Brasenose Arms caters to this discerning clientele.

We have other lagers in bottles including Zero% and gluten free.

Offering a range of alcohol-free beverages at our bars is a serious consideration in modern hospitality.

 

We cater to a wide spectrum of patrons, including those who prefer not to consume alcohol due to personal, health, cultural reasons, or avoiding impairment when driving or using machinery.
